Making a purchase from the Crafty Cards web site means that you agree with our terms and conditions.
The prices displayed are correct but we reserve the right to validate all prices before any order is processed.
Descriptions are as accurate as possible and are produced to give you a good indication of the products appearance, size, colour etc. However we do not accept liability for any errors in the description of the goods. We will endeavour to correct any problems as soon as noticed.
All prices are in U.K. pounds and include VAT. at the current rate of 17.5%
Making a Purchase
Nothing could be easier than making a purchase from the Crafty Cards web site.
1. Orders can be made by post, choose your products on the online Order Form. Once your order is complete print your selection and sends the details to:

Cheques or Postal Orders are accepted and should be made payable to Crafty Cards (Cardiff). The goods will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared through our account.
2. Orders can also be placed online, just select the products required and follow the prompts to complete your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Electron and Delta Cards.
Returns Policy
We do not offer a returns policy, except in the case of faulty goods. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty please contact Crafty Cards within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. You must have a returns number to return any faulty goods. If an item is returned without a returns number we will refuse to accept it. The item has to be returned to us at the contact address and a replacement or a refund will be given. All reasonable postage costs for returns will be met by Crafty Cards. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost/damaged in transit whilst being returned to us. We recommend that any faulty goods being returned to us are sent by Recorded Delivery.
It is your legal right to have a “cooling off” period of 7 days after receipt of your goods. If you are returning goods under this law they must be returned in resalable condition and packaged to avoid damage in transit. The cost of postage and packaging, in this instance, must be met by the customer. We recommend that the goods are returned by Recorded Delivery.
Credit Card Security
We use Protx to provide our online credit and debit card transactions. Protx provide very high levels of security to ensure that your details remain confidential. Crafty Cards do not hold any sensitive information on any of its databases. In the unlikely event of someone gaining access to our web site no personal details could be obtained as we do not hold any of this information. The only data we receive is in order to facilitate your order. These are needed to dispatch your goods and to contact you in the event of any problem with your order.
